Our fragrances are independently formulated and inspired by iconic scent profiles. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any designer brand. Think of them as our own interpretation — crafted to capture a similar feeling, often with enhanced performance.

Our scents are inspired interpretations. Many customers find them extremely close, and some even prefer the longevity and projection of our Extrait concentration over the originals.

All PARFUM.NYC fragrances are crafted as Extrait de Parfum — the highest concentration available. This means deeper intensity, longer wear, and better projection than Eau de Parfum or Eau de Toilette.

Most customers experience 8–12 hours of wear. Longevity varies based on skin chemistry, humidity, and application method. For best results, apply to pulse points: wrists, neck, and inner elbows. Spraying on clothing extends longevity even further.

Spray 2–3 times on pulse points — wrists, neck, behind ears. Don't rub your wrists together as this breaks down the scent molecules. For lighter wear at the office, try 1 spray on the chest. For evenings, add one more spray.

Orders ship within 1–2 business days. U.S. standard delivery typically takes 3–5 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout.

Yes — free standard U.S. shipping on all orders over $75. Orders under $75 have a flat shipping rate applied at checkout.

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking email with a link to follow your package. You can also check your order status by logging into your account.

Due to hygiene reasons, opened fragrances are non-returnable. However, if your order arrives damaged or defective we will replace it at no cost — just email us at help@parfum.nyc within 30 days of delivery.

We stand behind every scent we make. If you're unsatisfied with your first order, reach out to us within 30 days and we'll work with you to find a resolution — whether that's an exchange, store credit, or a recommendation for a better match.

Email help@parfum.nyc with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll get a replacement out to you right away.

Yes. All PARFUM.NYC fragrances are 100% cruelty-free. We never test on animals and do not work with suppliers who do.

Our fragrances are formulated to be vegan-friendly. We do not use animal-derived ingredients such as musk from animals, ambergris, or civet.

Our formulas follow strict U.S. and E.U. cosmetic safety guidelines. If you have known fragrance allergies or very sensitive skin, we recommend spraying on clothing rather than directly on skin, or doing a patch test first.
